- Take Route 12 south until it ends in a T-intersection. (County Road H)
- Turn RIGHT on H and go about 1/2 mile to the STOP SIGN (Country Road B) in downtown Genoa City.
- Turn LEFT on County Road B for about 1 block.
- County Road B makes a 90 degree RIGHT turn.
- Follow County Road B for about 1 1/2 miles
- Magic's Legacy Farm is on your RIGHT.
- There's a horseshoe driveway surrounding a small white house.
