Students
Shannon’s students come from all walks of life, and varying degrees of ability, and drive. Magic’s Legacy is a place where the lawyer comes to relax, and work his dogs, the housewife wants a hobby, and the fierce competitor comes to train. All kinds and shapes of herding breeds can be seen training here from the Border Collie to the Corgi, German Shepard to the Sheltie. Here are a few of Shannon’s students, and their dogs:
PEEPERS … Bouivier de Flanders, owned by Joyce Brennan, receiving their AHBA award ribbon at the 2007 trial at Magic’s Legacy.
BROOKE … Border Collie, calm and collected with her owner, Ginny Venning, showing you just how it’s supposed to look. Ginny and Brooke not only trial, but are instrumental in stock handling for trials and lessons.
